We would like to express our appreciation to you for Alarm Monitoring System BE-D10 into your valuable vessel.<\/p>\n

Since its release in 2006, the Alarm Monitoring System BE-D10 has been adopted by numerous vessels.<\/p>\n
While this product was discontinued in 2019, and since then, it has been supported only under the maintenance period.<\/p>\n
However, due to the discontinuation of production by manufacturers, key electrical components that constitute the product have become increasingly difficult to obtain.<\/p>\n
Therefore, we sincerely regret to inform you that we will be concluding the maintenance support for this product as of the end of December 2029.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Please be advised that we will continue to provide maintenance support as long as we have parts in stock in our company.<\/p>\n
However, depending on the future status of parts inventory, there is a possibility that maintenance services may be discontinued prior to the announced end date, or we may be unable to provide your requested maintenance services.<\/p>\n

When considering maintenance for BE-D10, we kindly request that you contact us as early as possible.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, we are pleased to offer the BE-D11 as a successor model to the BE-D10.<\/p>\n
We kindly ask you to contact us regarding any requests for equipment retrofit.<\/p>\n
