Information regarding the termination of maintenance support for the Alarm Monitoring

We trust this letter finds you well and your business prospering.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage and support.

We would like to express our appreciation to you for Alarm Monitoring System BE-D10 into your valuable vessel.

Since its release in 2006, the Alarm Monitoring System BE-D10 has been adopted by numerous vessels.

While this product was discontinued in 2019, and since then, it has been supported only under the maintenance period.

However, due to the discontinuation of production by manufacturers, key electrical components that constitute the product have become increasingly difficult to obtain.

Therefore, we sincerely regret to inform you that we will be concluding the maintenance support for this product as of the end of December 2029.

Please be advised that we will continue to provide maintenance support as long as we have parts in stock in our company.

However, depending on the future status of parts inventory, there is a possibility that maintenance services may be discontinued prior to the announced end date, or we may be unable to provide your requested maintenance services.

When considering maintenance for BE-D10, we kindly request that you contact us as early as possible.

Furthermore, we are pleased to offer the BE-D11 as a successor model to the BE-D10.

We kindly ask you to contact us regarding any requests for equipment retrofit.

We express our deepest gratitude for your patronage of the BE-D10 over the years.
